At silentrainer, we’ve designed our platform to ensure your playlists and videos play smoothly across a variety of Smart TV browsers and devices. While we strive for broad compatibility, performance on some older or less common devices cannot always be guaranteed due to variations in browser technology and hardware capabilities.

Recommended & Tested Devices
We have tested and confirmed compatibility with the following devices. This list represents devices known to work well with Silentrainer:
- HISENSE
- H55BE7000
- SAMSUNG
- While specific model testing is ongoing, modern Samsung Smart TVs (typically those from the last 3-4 years) are generally compatible. We recommend testing on your specific model.
- FireTV-Sticks
- All recent generations are highly recommended for reliable performance.
Troubleshooting Playback Issues
If you encounter trouble playing a playlist on a TV, these steps can often resolve the problem:
- Try Alternative Connection URLs:
- In your Silentrainer client dashboard (when connecting a screen), you’ll find multiple “fallback URLs” in addition to the primary one.
- Some Smart TV browsers have occasional issues resolving the primary domain. Please try connecting your client device using each of these fallback URLs one by one to see if it resolves the playback issue.
- Use an Amazon Fire TV Stick (Reliable Fallback):
- If changing the URL doesn’t help, or if your Smart TV’s built-in browser is older or limited, using an Amazon Fire TV Stick is a highly reliable solution.
- Plug the Fire TV Stick into an HDMI port on your TV, connect it to your Wi-Fi, and use its built-in web browser (like Amazon Silk) to access the silentrainer URL provided in your dashboard.
