As a business owner, silentrainer allows you to display your own custom-made information to clients. This is perfect for sharing things like:
- Opening hours
- Navigational paths within your facility
- Introducing new team members
- Announcing promotions or raffles
To use custom media, you’ll first need to upload your files to Silentrainer through your customer dashboard.
Uploading Your Media Files
Follow these steps to upload your videos and images:
- Navigate to the dashboard: https://app.silentrainer.com/dashboard.
- In the sidebar menu, click on Media > Manage. This will open the Media Manager.
- Within the Media Manager, you can:
- Upload new files: Add your custom videos and images.
- Remove existing files: Delete media you no longer need.
Supported File Types:
Silentrainer supports the following common media file formats:
- Videos:
- MP4
- MOV
- Images:
- JPG (JPEG)
- PNG
Video Upload Specifications:
- File Size Limit: Please ensure video files do not exceed 300MB.
- Resolution: You can upload videos up to 4K resolution. However, for optimal playback within playlists, videos will be automatically scaled down to 1080p when added to a playlist.
- Tip for Creating Content: If you need to create new advertisements or announcements, consider using a design tool like Canva. They offer a free tier that can be very helpful for producing professional-looking visuals.
Adding Your Custom Media to Playlists
Once your custom media files are uploaded to the Media Manager, you can easily incorporate them into your Silentrainer playlists.
